Taipei City Hall Bus Station was honored with a special award at FIABCI – 2012 Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Award in the Management & Maintenance Category.
Community-based parking management was completed in Datong District’s Hanting Changan Mansion. Parking would be managed by the community committee.

Department stores across the city kicked off their anniversary sales between September and December; store operators were asked to propose a traffic maintenance plan for review one month before the sale event, in keeping with "Large-scale Outdoor Events Traffic Maintenance Operation in Taipei City."
