5th
Trial operation of barrier-free taxis began in Taipei City.

8th
Five additional public bike rental stations were set up at Minquan Park to provide rental services.

9th
Shuttle buses from Guandu Temple to the MRT Guandu Station began service from this date until February17, including February 23 - 24.

10th
Designated shuttle bus for “praying for blessings” was inaugurated. Service was available until February 14.

12th
Yangming Mountain Flower Festival traffic control and improvement began from this date until March 10.
“Easy Go” began from this date until April 28. It offered passenger discounts for people taking public transportation and making transfers to local buses to go to Yangming Mountain.

18th
A pedestrian scramble was implemented at the intersection of Songshan Road and Yongji Road.

21st
The Taipei Lantern Festival traffic control and improvement began from this date until March 3.

The Taipei Lantern Festival shuttle buses began service from this date until March 3.
Taipei Bus and Capital Bus officially took over Route 307 which was originally operated by CitiAir Bus.

23rd
Taichung City Council delegation visited Taipei City and learned the YouBike rental system.

27th
Pedestrian scrambles were implemented at Wenlin N. Road and Wenlin Elementary School.

28th
Installation of signs for the Jingmei Living Perimeter was completed.
