1st
Number of compact-size rehab buses broke 260 in Taipei City.

2nd
Three buses for Route 310 and two for Route 604 were available, all low-floor buses. The buses were operative under the Taipei Joint Bus System.

5th
Trial installation of mini traffic signal control systems was carried out at the intersection of Siping Street and Yijiang Street in Zhongshan District. The systems were attached to signposts to enhance a barrier-free environment and beautify the streets.

6th
Five additional public bike rental stations were set up to provide rental services, with Chenggong National Housing being one of the locations.

13th
The gallery-type bus waiting booths along the MRT Xinyi Line won an honorable mention from the 13th Public Works Gold Medal Awards.

15th
Buses were re-routed for the 2013 Taipei Fubon Marathon.

17th
Eight buses for Route 281 were available, 40 for Route 652, six for 262 Local, 18 for Route 20 and 12 for Route 299, all low-floor buses. The buses were operative under the Taipei Joint Bus System.
A total of 10,000 copies of the 21st edition of convenient service handbook were provided by the Taipei City Traffic Adjudication Office for people and related units/offices.

19th
A release conference for 3-door low-floor buses for Route 307 was held.
Promotion on getting off a bicycle and walking during the hours when students go to and leave school took place in the surroundings of seven schools in Taipei City in order to create an optimal cycling culture.

22nd
A people-oriented woonerf promotion campaign was held on Xinyi Road to convey the messages of “pedestrian priority” and “woonerf” to the general public.

26th
English and Japanese versions of bus route maps (as in fold-outs) and bus route maps for the MRT Ximen Station and MRT Neihu Station were released.
The 5284 website for mobile phones and intelligent bus stops/displays were interfaced to show arrival times of highway buses.

27th
Four additional public bike rental stations were set up to provide rental services, with the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Xinsheng S. Road being one of the locations.

30th
Taipei Metropolitan Intra-city and Highway Bus Route Review Committee convened the 62nd committee meeting.
Two low-floor buses for Route 602 were available. The buses were operative under the Taipei Joint Bus System.

31st
Operating hours for regular buses were extended and five additional bus routes were available after the 2013Taipei New Year's Eve Countdown Party in the Xinyi Commercial District.
