The government and non-government circle won award for excellence in operation of transfer station

The Taipei Public Transportation Office joined the 2012 National Excellent Architecture Award organized by FIABCI-Taiwan, and its “Construction and Operation of City Government Transfer Station Invested by Non-Government Circle” won the highest reward, “Best Management and Maintenance – Public Construction – Special Award”. The awarding ceremony was held on June 1. According to the organizer, the excellent work that won the “special award” will represent Taiwan to join the “FIABCI Prixd’ Excellence Award” in 2013 organized by FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation.
The Taipei City Government and the President International Development Corporation has been working on the Taipei Government Transfer Station. Since August 5, 2010 when it was officially open, the Prince Housing and Development Corporation joined the 2012 Global Excellence Award, and its work, “City Government Transfer Station of the President Development” won special silver award. The Taipei Public Transportation then joined the 2012 National Excellent Architecture Award, and won the highest award, “Best Management and Maintenance – Public Construction – Special Award”. The achievement is the result of cooperation and work between the government and non-government circle.
