For better accessibility of the special minibus service for residents with physical and mental disabilities, voice booking system was added to the original booking system on 2 November, 2015. This system allowed booking, and checking and cancelling bookings.
The Taipei Public Transportation Office further stressed that, diverse booking channels were provided to ease the telephone service load. To access the new voice booking system launched on November 11, people simply dialed (02)2176-5165. The Office would like to remind people to set preference of address on the website of special service minibus, or telephone service platform, (02)40556789 before making a booking by the voice booking system.
