Also, according to Article 169 of the same legal basis, parking is prohibited throughout the day along red lines. Furthermore, there would be a sign or a public bulletin if the &ldquo;No Parking&rdquo; hours are shortened. 2. In other words, parking is prohibited along red lines throughout the day. Parking on yellow lines is permitted from 8:00 pm &ndash; 7:00 am.",

    "Content": "According to Articles 168 and 169 of the Traffic Signals Markings Installation Regulations: &ldquo;Lines where parking is prohibited (including temporary parking) are used to indicate road sections where parking (including temporary parking) is strictly prohibited.&rdquo; Therefore, &ldquo;No-parking&rdquo; (including temporary parking) road sections are traffic-controlled areas, and shouldn&rsquo;t be defined by spaces surrounding both sides of the &ldquo;No Parking&rdquo; (including temporary parking) zone. The Ministry of Transportation and Communication has also clearly stated in its governmental bulletin, 0940006793, on the scope of &ldquo;No Parking&rdquo; (including temporary parking) zone. Parking (including temporary parking) is prohibited on areas surrounding both sides of the &ldquo;No Parking&rdquo; lines.",
