Planning and design of traffic administration facilities and traffic improvement for SongShan, XinYi, DaAn, ZhongZheng, WanHua and WenShan Districts.

2.Equipment Section

Planning and design of traffic administration facilities and traffic improvement for ShiLin, ZhongShan, DaTong, Beitou, NanGang and NeiHu Districts.

3.Public Works Section

Engineering purchase orders and management of engineering projects.

4.Maintenance Corps

Maintenance of traffic signals and signaling facilities, road markers, signs,etc.

5.Traffic Control Center

Management and maintenance of computerized pedestrian-crossing systems and traffic signaling.

6.Administrative Services

Organization Chart
The Taipei City Parking Management and Development Office is under management of the Department of Transportation, Taipei City Government, and it is national secondary agency. The office is made up of Director (1), Deputy Director (1), Chief Secretary (1) , Chief Engineer (1) , Assistant Chief Engineer(1), 5 departments and 4 centres . It has about 772 employees work for.           Civil engineering, repair and maintenance of parking lots. Screening and approving applications for parking lot construction permits.

4. Operation Section

          Overseeing operation of public parking facilities. Managing business operations and ticketing, including revenue, statistics, and analysis.

          Fee collection and management of public roadside and off-street parking spaces.Assistance in reporting illegal parking and occupational safety.
