The amended Regulations Governing Road Traffic Safety came into force on May 1, 2017. For the driving license test of light vehicles, the road driving test was included in addition to the field test. People who failed to pass the field test will not be allowed to take the road driving test. Drivers should show courtesy to vehicles on a road test when encountering them on the road.
Taipei City Traffic Adjudication Office once again calls for drivers to follow the rules and regulations related to traffic safety to ensure driving safety and safeguard the road traffic order.
