In order to protect traffic safety, the traffic lights at the intersection of Section 3, Kangning Road and Wufen Street in Neihu District shall have an exclusive pedestrian phase during school hours, 07:00-08:00, 11:50-12:30 and 16:00-16:30 each school day from December 24, 2018.
In view of the intersection at Section 3, Kangning Road and Wufen Street in Neihu District being close to a school and MRT station, the TEO has determined to implement exclusive pedestrian phase during school hours, 07:00-08:00, 11:50-12:30 and 16:00-16:30 each school day to mitigate pedestrian-vehicle conflicts and maintain pedestrian safety. The timings may vary with actual operation status.
Drivers and pedestrians passing by the intersection shall observe the "exclusive pedestrian phase" traffic lights implemented to go and stop according to the signal light; pedestrians shall pass the intersection quickly and in groups to maintain personal safety.
