Jurisdictional authority for the statement (appeal) of traffic violation case？

  1.  The authority before which you shall appear, as shown on the violation notice. 
  2. This Office only accepts the statement (appeal) of traffic violation cases filed by the vehicle owners or drivers of Taipei City, or the cases for which the authority you shall appear is Taipei City Traffic Adjudication Office.
