Traffic fines that have not been paid after the due date would be referred to the Administrative Enforcement Agency for enforcement
TAO reminds traffic violators to respond to the ticket. Failing to pay before the deadline, the offender will receive an adjudication notice which should be paid within prescription. Continuing to ignore it will result in being referred to the Administrative Enforcement Agency for compulsory execution in accordance with Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 65 of the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act.
