Taipei Public Transportation Office promises to supervise and improve the problems of new bus stops in Taipei City.
As informed from a Taipei City Councillor, some new bus stops in Taipei City are dirty and not rotatable. The Taipei City Public Transportation Office replied that the bus stops are set up by bus companies. The office has forwarded the problem to bus companies and the Taipei Bus Joint Operation Committee. They will ask vendors to make sure repair and maintenance and cleaning. The office will assign staff to inspect bus stops, and will request bus companies to make improvements if any problems or dirty conditions are found. The office will make sure that the new bus stops are clean and fully function.
