TAO reminds traffic violators to respond to the ticket. Failing to pay before the deadline, the offender will receive an adjudication notice which should be paid within prescription. Continuing to ignore it will result in being referred to the Administrative Enforcement Agency for compulsory execution in accordance with Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 65 of the Act Governing the Punishment of Violation of Road Traffic Regulations.
