IF YOU DRINK, DON’T DRIVE.
Drivers whose blood alcohol content exceeds the legal limit will be fined NTD 15,000 to NTD 90,000, with the vehicle impounded immediately and the driver’s license suspended for one year. In case of serious injury or death to others, the driver’s license will be revoked for life and no retaking of the driving test is allowed.
Please DO NOT try to challenge the law as it will not only cause harm to yourself, but to others too.
