Each year, the Public Transportation Office issues 50,000 copies of the Joint-Operation Bus Route Guide and 100,000 copies of the Taipei MRT-Bus Transfer Guide, paid for by advertisers. Some of the printed guides are distributed to relevant departments for reference, and the remainder is distributed to MRT stations for public dissemination. Publication is announced by press release, to heighten public awareness.
