(1)“O” indicates that the method of payment is available; “X”indicates that the method of payment is unavailable.
(2)A motorist should be present at the traffic office for the following:
a. If the status in the top left corner of the ticket requires that “the motorist must be present at traffic office for hearing”.
b. In the situaion where the driver's license or vehicle registration is impounded by police, or that the driver's license or vehicle registration is suspended, or that vehicle inspection is required.
If your vehicle is towed because of parking violation, you can call the 1999 Citizen Hotline to ask for the impound lot where your vehicle was towed to. When you reclaim your vehicle, you can pay the fine at the impound lots authorized by our department.
