What are the criteria for punishment of temporary parking?
Temporary parking is defined thus in Sub-section 9, Article 3 of the Road Traffic Management and Punishment Act: "Vehicles that stop for less than 3 minutes to allow passengers to get on and off or load/unload goods with the engine running and ready for immediate driving.”
