In the parking lots under the Jianbei bridge sections G and H, the parking preferences for the disabled are the same for both section. To cancel the payment notice, the disabled individual should present the parking identity (or with the special disabled vehicle license plate) of the disabled, disability handbook（or disability identifications）(all of these three documents must belong to the same person) to the administration room for parking preferences . The parking preferences for the disabled are free for the first 4 hours and full fee from the 5th hours.
