（1）Disabled people who drive a car of another person and park it in an off-street parking lot (including parking structures, underground parking lots, and 24-hour pay parking lots) under our management may enter the parking lot by pressing the button to acquire the ticket as in normal cases. When leaving the parking lot, however, the disabled person should drive the car as stated in the vehicle license and bring the parking identity (or with the special disability vehicle license plate) of the disabled, disability handbook (all these documents must belong to the same person) and vehicle license personally to the administration office of the parking lot to secure preferential parking. After checking the documents, the attendant will allow free parking for the first 4 hours and charge half price thereafter. Only one free parking is allowed for the same parking lot and a 50% discount will be given for each parking hour if the car is parked more than twice (incl.) in the same parking lot.
