Why must the parking identify of the disabled be submitted when the other three certificates are present? This is inconvenient.
To prevent disabled drivers from lending their certificates to others, we will notify the authority of social administration to cancel the parking identify of the disabled according to Article 13 of the Setup and Management Regulations of Special Parking Spaces for the Disabled if any such lending is identified. In this case, the disabled individual can't apply for a new parking identify of the disabled within 3 years, and will not be eligible for preferential parking.
