If the disabled are children who cannot drive, a family member of the disabled with the same household register and booklet of the household register may bring the vehicle license, disability handbook, and copies of both sides of the booklet of the household register to apply for the parking identity of the disabled, and then cancel the payment notice against the three certificates.
