Is illegal parking too strictly controlled in alleys?
Although the population density of Taipei City is high, keeping the citizens safe cannot be neglected. Illegally-parked vehicles in alleys seriously affect the efficiency and efficacy of rescue operations, and thus it is a priority for other authorities and us to prevent obstructions in alleys.
