Is there a time limit for appealing the report results of a car accident?
Any party involved who disagrees with the report results may make an appeal in writing to the Traffic Adjudication Office within 30 days starting from the second day of the receipt of the report. The applicant should pay a review fee of NT$2,000. Please note that you can appeal only once. Applications should be mailed to 1 Shihfu Road, Taipei City (Phone: (02) 27256889). All reviews will be made in writing and the parties involved will not be notified to attend the review. For court decisions, applicants should apply for the review through the court.
