Our Office prepares and issues the adjudication notice only if our computer system shows that the traffic ticket has been delivered and that the fine has not been paid on time. If you have any doubt as to whether the traffic ticket was delivered, please file a written application (appeal), and we will consult the reporting authority and then respond to you by mail. To facilitate our investigation, please indicate the registration number of the car and the number of the traffic ticket or include a copy of the adjudication notice with your application.
