Can I make an appeal to the Preliminary Car Accident Analysis Report issued by the police?
The parties involved may request an analysis report from the Fault Determination Section, Taipei City Traffic Adjudication Office, within six months of the accident, except for car accidents that are in the middle of a trial. In this case, the report would be commissioned by the judicial authorities for handling. Please note that the analysis report is NT$3,000 each.
