What’s the significance of color pavements on the bike lanes?

The color pavement consists of two colors: green and red. The green pavement indicates “bicycling space” for cyclists exclusively. The red pavement stands for the “pedestrian first” warning track; it’s set up by the bus pull-in area, taxi waiting station, and cargo unloading zones. When cycling by the red pavement area, bicyclists should stop and allow pedestrians the right-of-way.
