In view of the yearly increase in the number of requests to transfer the traffic violation record (or liabilities) to the responsible person, an online system has been developed to simplify the procedure. Automatically reviewing the case greatly reduces the processing time. As of the end of December 2022, the online application rate has reached 86%.
